Coaching Packages and Paid Services

Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC offers coaching packages and related paid services, including private coaching sessions, energy sessions, memberships, and other offerings as described at the time of purchase.

Coaching packages include the number of sessions listed in the applicable offer. Clients may schedule sessions all at once or over time, subject to calendar availability and the applicable package term.

Package use periods are as follows:

Six-session coaching packages must be scheduled and completed within six months of purchase.

Twelve-session coaching packages must be scheduled and completed within twelve months of purchase.

Twenty-four-session coaching packages must be scheduled and completed within eighteen months of purchase.

Unused sessions expire at the end of the applicable package term unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing by Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC.

Clients may choose a paid-in-full option or a payment plan when available. Paid-in-full pricing may include a discount for payment in advance.

For payment plans, the client authorizes Dawn Hokaj/Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC to charge the payment method provided according to the installment schedule selected at checkout. Payment obligations continue as agreed, including when sessions are completed early, scheduled later in the package term, or paused by the client.

Discounted coaching-package pricing offered to active Quantum Activation & Ascension clients is available only to clients who are active in those containers at the time of purchase. Once purchased, the discounted price for that package is locked in for that purchase.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Sessions are subject to calendar availability and the scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling policies provided at the time of booking.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a private session with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ advance notice without penalty.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session time, the appointment may be cancelled but cannot be rescheduled. No refund will be provided, and the session may be counted as a completed session within the applicable coaching package.

Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC understands that emergencies can arise. In the event of an emergency, Dawn Hokaj will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when circumstances allow. Any exception to this policy is at the sole discretion of Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC.

Repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or appointments cancelled with insufficient notice may be counted as completed sessions.

Coaching packages and paid services are non-refundable once purchased and may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC.

Coaching and energy-practitioner services are collaborative support services intended to support personal insight, practical implementation, decision-making, and meaningful progress. They are not therapy, medical treatment, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, crisis support, or a substitute for licensed professional care.

By purchasing a coaching package or paid service from Dawn Hokaj/Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Recording, Transcription, and AI-Generated Notes

Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC may record coaching sessions, energy sessions, workshops, calls, and other virtual sessions conducted through Zoom or another virtual meeting platform.

Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC may also use AI-assisted note-taking, transcription, or meeting-summary tools during sessions. These tools may create recordings, transcripts, summaries, action items, or other session notes to support continuity of service, follow-up, internal recordkeeping, and client support.

By participating in a session, you consent to the recording, transcription, and use of AI-assisted note-taking tools as described in this section.

Where a recording, transcript, summary, or replay is included as part of a specific service or package, Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC will provide access according to the terms of that offer. Recording access is not automatically included with all coaching packages, memberships, or services.

Clients may not independently record, transcribe, or add an AI note-taking tool, meeting bot, or similar technology to a session without prior written approval from Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC. Any approved client-selected tool must clearly disclose its presence and any recording or transcription activity to all participants.

Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC may decline, disable, or withdraw approval for any client-selected recording, transcription, or AI note-taking tool at its discretion.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of any recordings, transcripts, notes, summaries, or other materials they receive or create. Clients may not share, distribute, publish, or otherwise disclose session recordings or related materials without prior written permission from Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC and any other participant whose voice, image, or information is included.

Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC will not use a client’s name, image, voice, likeness, recording, transcript, session content, testimonial, or other identifying information in marketing, advertising, social media, public-facing materials, training materials, or any other public manner without the client’s prior explicit permission. Any permission for such use will be requested separately and is not required in order to receive services.

Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC uses reasonable care in selecting and using third-party technology providers. However, clients acknowledge that recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated notes may be processed or stored by third-party service providers, such as Zoom or an AI note-taking platform, subject to those providers’ own terms, privacy practices, and security measures.

If a client does not consent to recording, transcription, or AI-assisted note-taking, the client must notify Dawn Hokaj in writing before the session begins. Quantum Dawn Guidance LLC will make reasonable efforts to discuss available alternatives, although certain services or session formats may not be available without recording or note-taking support.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

Limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;

Limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

Limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or

Exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
